Rosangelica Santiago Abreu has worked as a Community Manager for multiple companies. In 2018, they worked at Fast Printz, LLC from July to October. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Community Manager at Women for Women Ecuador, starting in August. In 2022, they worked at FastFarma (YC S21) from February to May, and then at IDE Business School from June onwards.

From 2013 to 2018, Rosangelica Santiago Abreu pursued their undergraduate studies at Universidad de Las Américas (EC). Rosangelica completed a degree in Journalism with a focus on communication and media studies.
