Mika Laitinen is an experienced professional in technical sales and automation solutions, currently serving as the Solution Sales Director at Fastems since August 2010. In this role, Mika provides technical sales support for the global sales organization, focusing on fully customized automation solutions and robotics. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, developing technical concepts, conducting research on technology providers, and managing commercial negotiations. Previously held positions include Sales Manager at Fastems, Business Unit Director at Master Automation Group Oy, Chief Technology Officer at Proventia Production Technologies Oy, and Technology Manager at RTS Finland, among others. Mika holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from LUT University, obtained between 1988 and 1994.
