Ly Le has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, Ly Le worked as an English tutor for Jianshan Junior High School and as an Assistant of Deputy Director for Pico Digital. In 2011, Ly Le was a Lecturer at FPT University, a Research Assistant at Foreign Trade University Hà Nội, and an English teacher at CANBERRA ENGLISH CENTRE, HANOI. From 2012 to 2015, Ly Le was a Research Assistant at the University of Houston, and from 2015 to present, Ly Le has held the roles of Product Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Sales Representative at Fastboy Marketing.

Ly Le completed a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Đại học Ngoại Thương Hà Nội between 2006 and 2011. In 2009, Ly Le completed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Federation University Australia in Education. From 2012 to 2014, Ly Le completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Houston in Curriculum and Instruction.
