Jakub Nadolny has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jakub started their career as a Freelancer in 1991, working as a Software Developer. Jakub then joined POS Experts Consulting in 1996 as a Software Consultant, where they were responsible for implementing point-of-sale systems for large international retail networks.

In 1999, Jakub joined IT Experts as the Chief Operating Officer, Software Development Manager, and Prokurent. Jakub held this position until 2007, overseeing all software development projects and providing IT support to clients and companies within the capital group.

From 2007 to 2011, Jakub worked at Carrywater Consulting as a Software Development Manager and Prokurent. Here, they managed all programming projects and provided IT support to clients and companies within the group.

In 2012, they joined NetTeam Solutions S.A. as the Vice President of the Management Board. In addition to leading the operational activities of the IT company, Jakub also served as an Information Security Officer, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.

From 2015 to 2017, Jakub held the position of Chief Information Officer at PIXERS. Jakub built and developed a twenty-person IT team and played a key role in creating a modern, dedicated e-commerce system from scratch. Jakub also implemented and maintained the system while adopting agile methodologies.

In 2019, Jakub became the Chief Information Officer at Digitree Group, where they currently hold the position.

Finally, in 2017, Jakub became the Chief Executive Officer of Fast White Cat S.A. In this role, they manage a team of over 50 employees, mainly consisting of programmers, project managers, testers, devops, and analysts. Jakub is responsible for implementing and maintaining e-commerce platforms for clients such as 4F, GoSport, InterSport, and Tally Weijl, among others. Jakub also collaborates closely with the eCommerce department.

Jakub Nadolny has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, obtained from 1993 to 1998. In addition, they have completed online classes in Artificial Intelligence, Databases, and Machine Learning at Stanford University in 2011. Jakub also holds a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania "COPERNICUS" acquired from 2009 to 2010. Furthermore, Jakub has completed the IT Experts Project Management University - PMI PMP program in 2005-2006, focusing on PMP, project, program, portfolio management, and soft skills. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at WSB University, expected to be completed in 2022. Alongside their educational qualifications, Jakub Nadolny has certifications including Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) from Requirements Engineering Qualifications Board (REQB) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from scrum.org.
