Maurizio Gatt has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Maurizio most recently worked as a Software Engineer at Fast Track starting in October 2022. Prior to that, Maurizio was with KPMG Crimsonwing for several years, holding various roles in technical architecture and programming. Maurizio was a Senior Technical Architect from October 2021 to September 2022, a Technical Architect from July 2017 to September 2021, a Senior Analyst Programmer from June 2015 to July 2017, an Analyst Programmer from July 2013 to June 2015, and a Programmer from July 2011 to July 2013.

Maurizio Gatt pursued their higher education from 2008 to 2011 at the University of Malta, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology. During their time at the university, they specialized in the fields of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. Apart from their formal education, Maurizio Gatt also obtained a certification in Confluent Fundamentals Accreditation from Confluent in October 2022.
