Kendall Cook is an Implementation Specialist at Fast Slow Motion. Kendall has previous experience working as a Surgical Services Scheduling Coordinator, Patient Account Representative II, and Practice Manager. Kendall received their orders and processed them as indicated by the provider and scheduled according to protocol. Kendall also coordinated services and provided special instructions as requested by patients, internal physicians, and referring physicians. In addition, Kendall served as a liaison within the department regarding hospital reservations, update of admission information and/or cancelation of reservations. Kendall provided Operating Room secretarial support including weekly and monthly surgical reporting. Kendall also has experience in patient accounts and practice management.

Kendall Cook has completed the Salesforce Pathfinder Training Program, the Trailhead by Salesforce program, and Blue Ridge Community College. They have also earned certifications from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, and Security Specialist. In addition, they are AAPC certified in Certified Hematology and Oncology Coder (CHONC) and Salesforce certified in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).
