Keith Richmond is currently an Implementation Specialist at Fast Slow Motion. Prior to that, they were a Project Engineer at ISEC, Inc. and a Project Coordinator at the same company. Keith's experience in the customer service industry dates back to 2010 when they were a Customer Service/Seller/Barista at Borders. Keith then became a Barista at Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters in 2011 and worked there until 2014. In 2016, Keith took their barista skills to Thatcher's Coffee where they worked until 2018.

Keith Richmond has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and French from Whitworth University. Keith also has a Ranger Rank from Trailhead by Salesforce. Keith is certified in Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).
