Kelly Hatch has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kelly started their career in 1985 at McDonald's as an Assistant Manager, where they worked until 1988. From 1988 to 2000, they worked at The Jackson Clinic as a Team Leader. Kelly then ventured into entrepreneurship and owned two businesses: Kelly's Transcription Service from 2000 to 2004 and J & T Shirts & More from 2001 to 2011. In 2012, Kelly joined The Jackson Clinic again, this time as a Nursing Supervisor, a role they held until 2018.
