Minhaaj Rehman is the CEO & Chief Data Scientist at Psyda, a data-driven company specializing in academic and industrial research services. Psyda utilizes AI technology to analyze data and create meaningful insights. Minhaaj Rehman also holds advisory council membership at Harvard Business Review. Previously, they worked as a guest/visiting professor at FAST-NUCES. Prior to that, they had a long career as an independent consultant, providing strategic and technological guidance to CEOs, directors, and stakeholders. Minhaaj has a strong background in identifying training and development needs and aligning them with an organization's vision and mission.

Minhaaj Rehman started their education journey in 2009 when they pursued a Masters degree in Management from Umeå University. Minhaaj completed this program in 2013. In 2019, they enrolled in Asia e University and is currently working towards obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General. Additionally, in 2020, Minhaaj attended a Summer Camp at Georgia State University, where they obtained a certification in Research Data Services.

In terms of additional certifications, Minhaaj Rehman received the "Approved R Consultant" certification from RStudio PBC in March 2022. Minhaaj also holds a certification as a "Certified MAXDA Trainer" from VERBI Software GmbH since August 2020. Furthermore, they completed a certification program on "Evaluation of eLearning Best Practices" at Otago Polytechnic in July 2019. In February 2009, Minhaaj obtained a certification in "Flexible Learning Course" from the same institution. Lastly, they have participated in a program on "Facilitating Online Communities," although specific details regarding the completion date are not provided.
