Anne-Marie Breton, MBA, has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles within prominent law firms and financial institutions. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Fasken since February 2017, Anne-Marie previously held the title of Compliance Director - Canada at Norton Rose Fulbright, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance processes and managing a team of ten. Anne-Marie's earlier roles include various legal and compliance positions at the National Bank of Canada, as well as experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal Court of Canada. Anne-Marie holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and multiple law degrees, showcasing a strong foundation in legal, strategic, and compliance expertise.
