Justin Bowes is an experienced coach specializing in high-performance endurance training for elite junior cyclists across various disciplines, including cyclocross, mountain biking, and road racing. Currently serving as a coach at FasCat Coaching since January 2024, Justin previously owned Mountain Road Coaching and directed the KBS U23 Development team. With a coaching tenure at the Miller School of Albemarle focused on a holistic approach to athlete development, Justin combines a strong background in video technology and management from earlier roles at Sidley Austin LLP, SKC, and Sprint.
