Prior experience includes roles as Køkkenpersonale at Aalborg Sportshøjskole and Butiksassistent at STRØYER. Manon also worked at VACA - Mexican Fingerfood restaurant and held the position of Kassemedarbejder at Fakta. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Cand.merc.(psyk) from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Organisatorisk Læring from Aalborg University, along with an exchange semester at the University of Seoul in the Department of Business Administration.
