Ryan Russek is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in training and educational roles. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager for the State of Minnesota since October 2019, Ryan has also held the position of Instructor at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping, Inc. since December 2014. Previous roles include Sr. Training Manager at Prime Therapeutics and Training Manager positions at SUPERVALU INC and MasTec. Ryan’s foundational experience at Best Buy involved developing extensive training programs for 150,000 employees, along with project management and evaluation of training effectiveness. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Concordia University-St. Paul.
