Frank T. Santoro is a Partner and Counsel specializing in Estate Litigation at Farrell Fritz, P.C., since February 2006. Santoro focuses on representing clients in Surrogate's Court for probate contests, contested accounting, and various litigation matters related to trusts and estates.
