Norman Douglas is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project and commercial management. Currently serving as Commercial Lead at Farrans Construction since March 2011, Norman has previously held key positions including Project Manager at Laing O'Rourke, CESAS Ltd, and CRA Developments, as well as Regional Construction Manager at APT Marconi. Earlier in the career, Norman worked as Site Project Manager at Mainzeal Property & Construction Ltd. and Project Management Administrator at Richard Crookes Constructions. Norman holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Civil Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, earned from 1994 to 1998.
