Kevin Wood is a highly experienced Food Development Manager with over 15 years of expertise in product development within the chilled food industry. Currently serving as Senior NPD Manager at Farne Salmon & Trout Ltd since March 2019 and as a Business Owner at Flavourama since February 2018, Kevin has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects from initial concept to delivery. Previous roles include Interim NPD Manager at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd and DALEHEAD FOODS LIMITED, as well as a significant tenure at Lyons Seafoods Ltd in various NPD capacities.
