Mark McGowan is an experienced professional in support and community development, currently serving as a Family Support Worker at Cody Oaks since March 2024 and as the Work Experience Lead at The Sixth Form College Farnborough since August 2023. As Guidance Manager at Fernhill School since September 2021 and Director at Shoot Youth Academy since September 2020, Mark has demonstrated a commitment to youth guidance and support. Previously, Mark worked as the English Pastoral Lead for Disabled Sport at Sports Chaplaincy from August 2020 to August 2023 and led initiatives at Shoot Academy from March 2018 to August 2023. Prior roles include Director at Shoot Academy in December 2017 and Chaplain/Community Worker at Farnborough FC from April 2011 to June 2016, where Mark facilitated community programs and provided emotional support. Mark holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southampton, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
