Princess Lisa Ogbechie has had a varied career since 2017. Princess Lisa began their career as a Maintenance and Servicing Intern at SIMS Nigeria Ltd, where they carried out the overhaul of a refrigerator and analysed and repaired more than 300 household appliances monthly. Princess Lisa also created a spreadsheet tracking system for incoming and outgoing work. In 2018, they were the Public Relations Officer for Covenant University Classical Choir, where they were in charge of media dissemination and communication between the choir and the school body. Princess Lisa also enhanced communication between the choir and the alumni body by creating opportunities for mentorship between them. In 2019, they became the Vice President Operations at Lit_NG (Start-up). In 2020, they were an Electrical Engineering Intern at Chevron, where they worked with the Project Manager on the management of Contract authorisation form creating and created a spreadsheet to aid the document controller in checking the return of document automatically and calculating and flagging documents overdue for return. In 2022, they were the Programs Director at Letter to a Lady Initiative, where they organized and managed multiple outreaches to female secondary school students across different states in Nigeria with invited facilitators to speak on different aspects of life. Princess Lisa also coordinated a 3-month mentorship program involving 50 young women and 24 mentors, and created a budget template used for event expenditure. In 2023, they are currently the Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer at Farmz2U, where they support the CEO, CTO and other members of the team in optimizing tasks. Princess Lisa also discovered features on the team communication platform that enhanced the teams ability to track project progress and OKRs.

Princess Lisa Ogbechie's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Covenant University, which they completed in 2022. Before that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Graceland International School in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications from various institutions, including Coursera, HackerRank, DataCamp, Programming Hub, LinkedIn, and FutureLearn. These certifications cover topics such as data visualization with Python, data science methodology, SQL (basic), machine learning, artificial intelligence, and business management.
