Elizabeth Hirst has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Elizabeth started their career at Washington State University as an Academic Advisor, actively monitoring student progress and establishing communication channels with team support staff. Elizabeth also served as an Instructor, creating lesson plans, organizing TA's, and facilitating practical experience.
After their tenure at the university, Elizabeth joined Sworkit as a Customer Success Manager, providing regular training on NPS and CSAT and leading a team with a high CSAT score. Elizabeth later became the Customer Success Director, overseeing the training and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
In 2021, Elizabeth joined CarServ as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they mapped and implemented the enterprise customer onboarding journey and improved customer trust through increased communication and feedback portals.
Currently, Elizabeth is working at FarmRaise, where they started as the Director of Farmer Success, leading and managing the farmer success team, integrating customer insights into business planning, and setting and acting on CSAT, Churn, and NPS goals. Elizabeth was later promoted to the role of VP of Farmer Success, where they developed a hiring strategy, implemented onboarding and training processes, and focused on improving the customer experience through journey maps and feedback loops.
Elizabeth Hirst earned a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Washington State University, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Education from the same institution, completing it between 2009 and 2012.
