Aman Gupta has had a varied work experience, beginning with an internship at EY in 2012. Aman then served as Secretary of the Dance and Dramatics Club at IIT-Delhi in 2012, and as Coordinator at Rendezvous IITDelhi in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Solutions Analyst at Opera Solutions and co-founded Vision India Foundation. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Head of Growth & Strategy at Rusk Media, followed by a role as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at AURIC. Aman is currently employed as Senior Manager - Growth Marketing at Bharti Airtel and as Head Of Marketing at Farmley.

Aman Gupta attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 2005 to 2010, and then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi between 2010 and 2014.
