Jill Caritas MSW is an experienced educator and social worker with a diverse background in special education and mental health services. Since August 2019, Jill has served as a Special Education Teacher at Farmington Municipal Schools, following a seven-year tenure at Bloomfield NM Schools in the same role. Previous positions include Clinical Social Worker at Chrysalis Counseling, Medical Social Worker with Home Health and Hospice of Mercy/San Juan Basin Home Health, and Program Director at CoBehr Inc. Jill began a career in education as a Life Skills Teacher at Park Avenue Elementary School and has also worked as a Vocational Consultant and English/History Teacher at various schools. Jill holds a Master of Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and a Bachelor of Arts from Fort Lewis College, alongside early educational pursuits at Bennington College.
