Simon Mattar is a mechanical engineering student at San Diego State University, expected to graduate in 2024. Currently, Simon serves as a Powersports Test Engineering Co-Op at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., and holds the position of Lead Drivetrain Engineer at Aztec Baja Racing. Previous experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at TruMed Systems, Inc., and an Undergraduate Student Research Intern at SDSU Research Foundation. Additionally, Simon worked as a Football Recruiting Intern at San Diego State University and was employed as a server at Farmer's Table. Early work experience involved serving as a Specialty Team Member at Educational Outfitters Franchising Company. Simon graduated from Mater Dei Catholic High School in San Diego in 2021.
