Katie Shay Schneider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, marketing, and fundraising. Currently serving as the Community Development Officer at Farmers & Merchants Bank since May 2022, Katie previously held key positions as Marketing and Operations Director at the Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce and Development and Volunteer Manager at Operation Food Search. Additional experience includes roles as Development Director/Consultant at the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas and Account Executive positions at Ink Enterprises and Citadel Broadcasting. Katie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of the Ozarks between 2001 and 2005.
