Jeremy Maxey has over 20 years of experience in management and operational roles across various industries. As a Manager at Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union since June 2015, Jeremy oversees daily branch activities for four locations, focusing on financial performance and member satisfaction. Prior to this, Jeremy served as Contact Center Manager and Branch Manager at CASE Credit Union, directing operational efforts for the contact center and multiple branches from February 2006 to May 2015. Earlier in the career, Jeremy worked as a Loan Officer at Centex Home Equity, building customer relationships and providing service solutions, and as a Store Manager at Rent-A-Center, where responsibilities included inventory management and sales campaigns. Jeremy holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, acquired from Grand Rapids Community College between 1998 and 2013.
