Betty Mary Joseph has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Betty started their career at Accenture as a Software Engineering Analyst and worked there from June 2011 to November 2014. Following that, they joined NTT DATA Americas as an Application Software Development Sr. Consultant from November 2014 to August 2015. Betty then moved on to Farmers Edge, where they held various roles such as Software Developer from September 2015 to March 2021, Senior Software Developer from April 2021 to June 2023, and is currently working as the Lead Software Developer since May 2023.

Betty Mary Joseph obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology between 2007 and 2011.
