Josef Schelch has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Josef is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Farmer's Business Network, Inc. Prior to this, they held the same role at Strategic Financial Solutions NY and Firstly.

At Strategic Financial Solutions NY, Josef was responsible for driving the launch of a new brand, including various platforms such as a content site, podcast, mobile budgeting app, and web budgeting app. Josef managed the roadmap, integrating purchased software and acqui-hired team members, and overseeing a technology stack migration and rebranding.

Before that, Josef served as a Product Manager at Haven Life, where they played a temporary role in setting up automated commissions and later headed the launch of ValoraLife, a direct-to-consumer online term life insurance product. Josef also worked on MM Direct, MassMutual’s official direct-to-consumer term life insurance product.

Josef's earlier experiences include working as a Product Manager at Booker Software, where they enhanced the Point of Sale system, and as a Product Manager at Bottomline Technologies, where they optimized configuration tools for online account opening services.

Josef also served as a Product Manager at SMS.ac, where they designed product requirements and appearance for a paid social networking platform, and as a Software Engineer at Retrotech, specializing in automated warehouse solutions.

From 2002 to 2007, Josef Schelch attended Rochester Institute of Technology. Josef obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science during their time at the institution.
