Daniel English has a diverse work experience spanning several sectors. Daniel started their career as a Striker for the South Dakota Republican Party in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Research Associate in the University of Richmond Economics Department, followed by an internship at the Office of South Dakota Governor M. Michael Rounds.
In 2006, English interned at the Office of Senator John Thune, and in 2007, they served as a Staff Assistant and Legislative Correspondent at the same office. Daniel later became a Legislative Aide and then a Legislative Assistant from 2009 to 2011.
In 2013, English joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and eventually became a Project Leader from 2015 to 2017.
Moving on, they took on the role of Head of Strategic Finance and later became the GM - FBN Finance at Farmer's Business Network, Inc. from 2017 onwards.
Daniel English has a strong education history. Daniel earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Richmond, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. During their undergraduate studies, in 2005 and 2006, they participated in the General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Later, in 2008 and 2009, Daniel completed their Diploma of Completion at the Air Command and Staff College. Most recently, they pursued further education and obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School, attending from 2011 to 2013.
