Monte Robbins is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services industry. Currently serving as President of Farmers Bank & Trust since September 2022, Monte has also held the position of Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Development since May 2011. In addition, Monte directs Farmers Enterprises, Inc., a bank holding company, since January 2001. Previous roles include Founder of CapWest Home Loans and Regional Vice President at Amresco Commercial Lending, along with managerial positions in organizations such as Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics and the National Football League. Monte holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan.
