Paul Reed has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Paul served as the Chairman and CEO of Farmers Bank and Savings Company starting in 1992. Paul also held the position of President/CEO at Farmers Bank from September 1992 until November 2021.

Paul Reed attended Ohio University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services.
