Karen Rogers is a seasoned paralegal with extensive experience in corporate civil litigation and dispute resolution, primarily focusing on commercial contract disputes and employment matters. Currently serving as a Senior Litigation/Contracts Paralegal at Farmer Brothers since September 2019, Karen provides essential support to General Counsel and outside counsel. Previous roles include Senior Employment and Commercial Litigation Paralegal at UnitedLex, as well as similar positions at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included coordinating litigation activities and mitigating risks. Karen began their career as a Legal Secretary at Electronic Data Systems and holds a Bachelor's degree in Government/Paralegal Studies from Texas Woman's University.
