Aimen Sultana has worked in various roles since 2019. Aimen began their career as a Researcher at the National Agriculture Research cen in 2019. In 2021, they moved to GreenAge Services as a Geographic Information System Assistant. In 2022, they took on two roles, RS/GIS Analyst at Farmdar and MTO at Postal Life Insurance Company Ltd.

Aimen Sultana completed a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Pir mehr Ali shah Arid Agriculture university, Rawalpindi in 2021. Aimen began their degree in 2017.
