Paweł Markowski has extensive experience in software testing and customer service within the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Tester oprogramowania and Starszy Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta at FarmaProm since March 2013, responsibilities include developing CRM applications, providing technical support, troubleshooting, customizing software for client needs, and testing mobile and web applications. Previous roles include customer service positions at Orange Customer Service, where problem resolution for internet, phone, and television services was a focus, and a teaching position at Futura Edukacja, specializing in programming and computer diagnostics for technical students. Paweł holds a Master's degree in engineering from AGH University of Krakow, obtained between 2007 and 2012.
