Denise McCarthy is an experienced filmmaker and educator with a strong background in video production, editing, and instruction. Currently serving as a Lecturer at the University of California, Riverside since October 2018, Denise teaches undergraduate courses in filmmaking. As a Video Producer and Editor at Farm Sanctuary since June 2016, responsibilities include filming, editing, and audio design for various video content, as well as project coordination and script writing. Denise's prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at 21st Century Fox, where roles progressed from Manager to Senior Manager, overseeing significant film projects and collaborating with industry experts. Denise also has teaching experience from the New York Film Academy and project management roles in previous companies. Educational credentials include an MFA in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from The University of Texas at Austin.
