Cullen Naumoff

Co-Founder/Market Development at Farm Fare

Cullen Naumoff has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2006, Cullen worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Owens Corning and later as an Industry Intern at the American Council for an Energy. In 2007, Cullen joined Teach for America as a Math Teacher.

In 2010, Cullen had multiple roles, including working as a Consultant for Capstone Project at the Mayor's Office and as an Intern at the United Nations Development Programme. At Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Cullen worked as a Sustainability Professional, focusing on deploying sustainability strategies and water management.

From 2011 to 2014, Cullen served as the Vision 2030 Project Manager at the Charleston Area Alliance, working on economic development strategies in West Virginia. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Cullen became the Director of Sustainable Enterprise at The Oberlin Project, focusing on creating a climate positive community.

Since 2011, Cullen has also been working as a Spin Instructor at various fitness centers, including Nautilus Fitness Center, YMCA Lakewood, and Push Pedal.

In 2017, Cullen became a Co-Founder and Market Development professional at Farm Fare LLC, utilizing technology to support food hubs and family farms in moving products to wholesale markets.

Cullen Naumoff completed their Master of Public Administration degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia | SIPA in 2010. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University between 2002 and 2007. Cullen completed their high school education at Smithville High School from 1998 to 2002. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for their high school education.
