Alen Cakar has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Farm Credit Mid-America since September 2011, following a role as a Technical Support Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an HSI Tier 2 Technical Support Representative at Insight Communications from April 2007 to August 2011. Alen Cakar holds a Master of Science in Managing Information Technology from Sullivan University, earned between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sullivan University, completed from 2005 to 2009.
