Rob Downs is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in credit services and risk assessment. Currently serving as Vice President of the Credit Services Division at Farm Credit Illinois since January 2011, Rob previously held the position of Vice President - Credit Risk Assessment at First Bank from September 2003 to January 2011. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture - Business from Illinois State University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
