Andy Schuster is currently serving as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Farm Credit Illinois since January 2023, focusing on the design and implementation of development and training programs for employees and leaders. Previously, Schuster held various roles at GROWMARK, Inc., including Sr. Manager of the Training Unit and Manager of Learning & Development, where responsibilities included creating and delivering training strategies and programs. Earlier experiences include training delivery at State Farm Insurance and consulting for financial services with State Farm Agents, along with a background in high net-worth donor development and insurance sales. Andy Schuster holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University, along with additional credentials from American College and LOMA.
