William Lancto is an experienced Information Security Analyst with a comprehensive background in IT and customer support. Since May 2016, William has held various roles at Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc., progressing from Technical Customer Analyst to Information Security Analyst II. Prior experience includes working as a Help Desk Analyst at Hartford Hospital and as a Computer Technician at Superior Networking Solutions, where William specialized in servicing PCs and laptops, utilizing Acronis for backup and ghosting solutions. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Westfield State University and an Associate of Science in the same field from Holyoke Community College.
