Diana Coyne, PMP® serves as the Director of Application Services at Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc., since April 2020, leading teams in Release, DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Environment Management to ensure seamless software releases across the IT ecosystem. Previously, Diana held various positions at MetLife from 2002 to 2019, including Director of Global Partner Delivery Management IT, focusing on technology and IT relationship management for strategic vendors, and Client Relationship Manager, overseeing a $125M services SLA. Additional experience includes Senior Project Manager at Granitar, Inc., Client Manager at SunGard Insurance Systems, Project Manager at Fidelity Investments, and Benefits Analyst at Towers Perrin. Diana holds a B.A. in Art History from Mount Holyoke College and a high school diploma from West Springfield High School.
