Dave Lane's work experience includes:

- Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of ESG and Corporate Initiatives at Farm Credit East, ACA since January 2022.

- Acting as the Chief Executive Officer and principal owner of Snow Farm Winery, LLC since November 2012. Dave oversees the production of high-quality wines using locally grown grapes.

- Being the owner of Crescent Bay Farm since 1999.

- Previously holding various positions at Yankee Farm Credit, ACA, including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager, and Senior Loan Officer from December 2011 to January 2022.

- Serving as the Board Chair of Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund in 2013.

- Working as a Loan Officer at VEDA from September 2009 to December 2011.

- Acting as the Deputy Secretary of Agriculture at Vermont Agency of Agriculture from September 2003 to September 2009.

Dave Lane graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Vermont in the years 1979 to 1983.
