Stephen Heister is an experienced IT specialist with a strong focus on cloud administration and collaboration technologies. Currently serving as an IT Specialist Cloud Administrator/Architect at the Farm Credit Administration since October 2021, Stephen is responsible for Azure administration and product support within the Microsoft cloud services ecosystem. Prior to this role, Stephen served as an IT Specialist and Technical Lead at Federal Student Aid, overseeing collaboration platforms and guiding contractors and vendors. Earlier experience includes leading the SharePoint practice at XGILITY, where Stephen provided technical guidance on Microsoft SharePoint and supported both federal and commercial customers. With additional roles ranging from SharePoint Administrator at Synoptics, Field Service Technician at Royal Vendors, to Technical Systems Administrator at Target Distributing, Stephen has developed a comprehensive skill set in IT leadership, technical architecture, and collaboration solutions.
