Makayla Krantz has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Farm Bureau Health Plans since November 2021. In addition, Makayla has worked at Hibbett Sports as a CIT since July 2019, and previously held the role of Customer Service Representative at Sole Supports. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Smokie’s Butcher Shop from September 2018 to October 2019.
