Rogério Correia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce optimization and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Senior Head of Workforce Optimization at FARFETCH since January 2021, Rogério oversees multiple facets of global workforce management, automation governance, and data analytics. Previously, from January 2004 to December 2020, Rogério held various leadership roles at CGD, including Head of Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence, where management of diverse teams led to consistent high-performance results. Rogério's educational background includes a licentiate degree in Sociology from Universidade Internacional, a postgraduate degree in Banking Management from Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária, and a recent certification in Strategic Management Innovation from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
