Labhya Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Labhya started their career in 2015 as a Co-Founder at Reflexive Photography and later ventured into the education sector by co-founding TutorsVilla in 2015. In 2016, Labhya worked as an Android Developer at Charpixel Technologies. Labhya then joined Studio Graphene in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2020, Labhya worked as a Mentor at Scaler Academy and also took on the role of an SDE2 at FarEye. Labhya became a Tech Lead at FarEye in July 2021. Labhya continued their mentoring journey at Recro in August 2021.

Labhya Sharma earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering from Zakir Hussain College of engineering and technology,AMU. Labhya attended this college from 2012 to 2016.
