Jody Kelly is an experienced Project Manager actively working with Whangarei District Council and Far North District Council since May and July 2023, respectively. Jody has held various project management roles since 2006, including positions at Hoskin Civil Limited and Kaipara District Council. Jody also contributes as an Academic Tutor in Civil Engineering at NorthTec and has prior experience as Project Delivery Manager at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand. Jody's educational background includes a Diploma in Civil Engineering from NorthTec Tai Tokerau Wānanga and a Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Management New Zealand, among other qualifications in veterinary nursing and holistic therapies.
