Guy Holroyd is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial services and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Far North District Council since June 2023, Holroyd previously held the same position at Ngati Hine Forestry Trust from May 2021 to June 2023. Holroyd's career includes significant roles such as CEO at GSR Funds Limited (January 2011 - June 2022), where representation was provided for Orchard Global Asset Management, and various senior positions in prominent financial institutions, including Managing Director roles at Citi and Deutsche Bank, as well as Vice President at JP Morgan. Holroyd's foundational experience in money markets and foreign exchange dates back to early roles at ASB Bank and Commonwealth Bank. Holroyd is an alumnus of The University of Auckland.
