Monica (Lewis) Weese is an experienced professional in the wine industry, currently serving as the Grower Relations Manager at Far Niente Family of Wineries & Vineyards since May 2022. Previously, Monica held the position of Grower Relations Representative at Orin Swift Cellars, managing relationships with 94 grower vineyards across 12 counties. Monica's early career includes roles as a Vineyard Intern at Merryvale/ Starmont Vineyards, and various internship and associate positions in harvest and sales at notable wineries and restaurants. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Viticulture and Enology from both Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and L'Institut Agro Montpellier, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Wine and Viticulture with a focus on Business from Cal Poly State University.
