Wayne Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Wayne started their career in 1998 as a Stagehand/Rigger at Event Resource Management, where they set up lighting and sound systems for rock concerts and music festivals. Due to their rock climbing experience, they were later promoted to Climber/Rigger. In 2004, Wayne joined Dale T Smith & Sons Meat Packing Co as a Quality Assurance Technician, responsible for maintaining sanitation and efficacy in the meat packing plant. In 2005, they moved to Far Bank Enterprises, where they held multiple roles including Manufacturing Shift Supervisor, Operations System Specialist, and R&D Senior Product Designer. In these roles, they managed departments, implemented operations using Oracle E-Business Suite, and designed products.

Wayne Peterson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Idaho in 2004.
