Natalia Iakunina has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Natalia is currently the Head of Operations at Fanzee Labs, a position they assumed in October 2022. Prior to this, from October 2021 to October 2022, Natalia worked as a Business Consultant.

Before joining Fanzee Labs, Natalia held various roles at VK, a popular social media platform. From April 2021 to September 2021, they served as the Products Promotion Director, where they were responsible for coordinating the department of special projects, marketing, and advertising products development team to increase revenue from selected client groups. Natalia also participated in public events to promote the company's products and successfully increased net income from the chosen client groups year by year.

Natalia's time at VK also included positions such as Product Owner from July 2017 to August 2021. In this role, they focused on product development and international/domestic sales of VK.com streaming API. Additionally, they served as the Products Promotion Director from June 2017 to April 2021, where they created and provided strategies for promoting advertising tools for SMB clients and facilitated a grant program supporting SMBs.

Before their tenure at VK, Natalia was the CEO of Studmis Ukraine from September 2010 to August 2011. Natalia'sresponsibilities included leading and managing the work of the main office and 25 regional offices, establishing a shared vision of the project across the company and key partners, and fundraising.

Prior to that, Natalia worked as the Chief Accountant at Sana LCC from September 2008 to August 2009.

Throughout their career, Natalia has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving revenue growth through advertising products and promoting business development.

Natalia Iakunina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics from 2005 to 2009. Natalia then pursued a Master's degree in Banking from Kyiv National Economics University from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various subjects, including Supply Chain Management, Design-Led Strategy, Leadership in 21st Century Organizations, and Esports Specialization, from Coursera between 2019 and 2020.
