Ratiu Iosif has extensive experience in customer service and technical management, currently serving as the Customer Service and Technical Manager at FANUC Europe since October 2015. Prior roles include Service and Technical Team Leader and Field Service Engineer within the same company. Ratiu's background includes military service as a Military Engineer in the Romanian Army from September 2013 to October 2015 and experience as an Electronic Circuit Designer at SELETRON Software si Automatizari from November 2012 to March 2015. Ratiu holds a Master's Degree in Robotics and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from the Military Technical Academy in Bucharest.
